We designed HAL after years of struggling to obtain suitable housing for residents and families with low-incomes. Far too often we came across residents who have resided in their communities all of their lives, only to reach a point in life where your income is not changing–but what they expect you to pay to live, is.
We don’t have the funding to build houses, but that doesn’t mean we can’t help. We deploy technology in almost ever sector of our lives with the goals of improving it, and we keep advancing further and further–and now we are looking back and realizing we have left millions of residents behind.
We are now going to use technology to change that. We are going to improve the quality of our client’s life by dramatically reducing their rental burden using technology and innovation to create additional housing stock from existing inventories.
