AI-Powered Housing Search
Sign up or receive an account from a community-based organization. Ensure signup data is accurate. Receive text alerts when HAL has found you a match:
✓ Schedule an interview/house visit within HAL’s secured hub.
✓ Access resources that can help you make an informed decision about housing.
✓ Sign rental agreement, remain within the app in case you need additional rental assistance or other resources.
Roommate Matching
You complete a survey alone or with a case manager. Our system will match your information to hundreds of others and then make suggestions based on your entered data:
✓ Gain access to your matches to explore housing fits.
✓ Access our agreement templates to guard against conflicts.
✓ You and your match agree on payment terms and dates and then make your payment to move in! Remain in the app to receive additional support.
Relocation Assistance
Users will be able to work with support staff or themselves in completing our relocation survey which will then get to work bringing matches to your fingertips. You then review your recommendations and ultimately reach out to the owners:
✓ User receives matched home and community.
✓ User waits and receives a report from HAL based on their selected town(s).
✓ User reaches out to the property owner and sign agreement after a in-person or virtual viewing of the property.
